T77 Security Shutter
The T77 security shutter provides security, insulation and sound proofing to domestic & commercial applications up to 5.5m wide and 16m². The insulated aluminium profile enables the shutter to roll into a box which is typically 300mm high.
‘Secured by Design’ as standard, the T77 has been tested and approved to Certisecure STS202 BR1. Each 77mm slat is made from double skinned aluminium with a polyurethane insulated core.
The T77 can be combined with the V77 for see through vision transparency and is typically electrically operated via a hard wired switch or remote control with appropriate safety features.

Ideal for large domestic or commercial office applications up to 5.5m wide or 16m². In addition to its security function, the T77 shutter provides enhanced heat & sound insulation. With a wide variety of colour finishes as standard, this security shutter doubles as a high-performance remote-controlled garage door (see Classic Garage Door).

Bottom slat from extruded aluminium with EPDM weather seal. Guide channels with brush infill and a depth of 70mm, 90mm or 150mm.
Electric: Somfy tubular motor as standard. Safety brake as appropriate to comply with legislation.
Manual override facility & crank handle as required (surcharge applies).
All motors have numerous control option variants. Rocker switch supplied as standard with options for key switch, remote, group or mobile phone activation.
Manual: Manual operation is available but not common as the shutter tends to be used to cover large openings.
